Shipping Policy
Returns and Exchange of any product is only possible under the following conditions and by replacement.

NO REFUNDS IN ANY CASE.
ORDERS ONCE PLACED CANNOT BE CANCELLED.

1. DAMAGED GOODS
We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that leaves our office. If you feel your merchandise is damaged, you must let us know within 5 working days of receipt of goods. .

2. WRONG ORDERS
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please write to us with your order number and name, within 5 working days of receipt of goods. We shall ship the merchandise you requested for, as soon as we receive our wrongly sent merchandise in its original form and packaging.

We usually take a maximum of 24-48 hours to process and dispatch orders, and we work tirelessly to deliver your KAIA orders to your doorstep. All orders are shipped either via www.expressbees.com or www.shiprocket.com . Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a mail and a text message containing tracking details. Estimated delivery dates, order status and other delivery related information and updates will be provided in the notification. Average delivery time is 2-7 days varying on the basis of pin codes.
*All average delivery periods are tentative in nature. Any natural/ manmade contingency causing delay in transit may arise. We will do our best to expedite delivery in such cases, however, the transit time will remain out of our control.

Return & Exchange Policy
Refunds and exchange without an unboxing video won't be possible (we do help all of our customers if the product breaks during shipping but still a video and picture is a must)
