Shipping & Returns Policy

Returns and Exchange of any product is only possible under the following conditions and by replacement.

NO REFUNDS IN ANY CASE.

ORDERS ONCE PLACED CANNOT BE CANCELLED.

1. DAMAGED/LEAKED GOODS

We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that leaves our office.In case you receive a damaged or leaking product, you must inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery. An unboxing video (starting from a sealed package) is mandatory for us to verify and process any replacement or resolution. Complaints raised after 48 hours of delivery or without an unboxing video will not be eligible for replacement.

Please ensure to check your order immediately upon delivery.

2. WRONG ORDERS

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please write to us with your order number and name, within 24-48 working hours of receipt of goods. We shall ship the merchandise you requested for, as soon as we receive our wrongly sent merchandise in its original form and packaging.

Shipping & Dispatch Information

Due to a high volume of orders, please allow 2–5 working days for order processing and dispatch.

Once shipped, delivery timelines are as follows:
• Metro cities: 2–4 days
• Other locations: 3–6 days

Please note that delivery timelines are provided by our courier partners and may vary slightly depending on location and external factors.

We truly appreciate your patience and support 

 

During peak periods or high demand, dispatch timelines may be slightly extended. We request customers to place orders accordingly.

 

If you require your order urgently, please reach out to us via email before placing the order so we can assist you better.

Estimated delivery dates, order status and other delivery related information and updates will be provided in the notification. Average delivery time is 2-7 days varying on the basis of pin codes.

 

*All average delivery periods are tentative in nature. Any natural/ manmade contingency causing delay in transit may arise. We will do our best to expedite delivery in such cases, however, the transit time will remain out of our control.

Incorrect Address / Refused Delivery / RTO Policy

Customers are requested to carefully enter the complete and correct shipping address, contact number, and pin code while placing the order. KAIA Beauty will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned shipments caused due to incomplete/incorrect address details provided by the customer.

In cases where an order gets returned back to us (RTO) due to:

  • incorrect or incomplete address,

  • unreachable customer,

  • refused delivery,

  • multiple failed delivery attempts,

  • or cancellation after dispatch

the customer will be required to pay the shipping charges again for re-dispatching the order, as courier companies charge us for both forward and return shipping.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable in such cases. In rare exceptional situations where a refund is approved, the forward shipping, return shipping (RTO), and payment gateway charges will be deducted from the final refundable amount.

We kindly request customers to cooperate respectfully, as these situations are often outside the direct control of the brand once the parcel has already been dispatched.
